The Google Cloud Print application is a plug-in print on Android KitKat, and an independent application in previous versions of Android.
If you are updating your device to use KitKat, you might need to manually delete the icon.
Detection in local is not available on all models.

With the latest Release of the Google Cloud Print application, you can:
-print from any compatible Android device and on any printer connected to Google Cloud Print
-share photos and documents from applications such as the Gallery directly in Cloud Print
-track the status of your print jobs
-process printers invitations (invitation links received by email open in Cloud Print)
-Search and save new printers connected to Internet network Bill
It has never been easier to print from Android.
