Chrome’s Data Saver is a Feature Can Be Used For Google Chrome Browser, To Reduce & Compress the Amount of Data That Gets Downloaded While Browsing And Exploring Your Different Websites Or Reducing The Quality Of Pictures For Page Fast Loading And More Than Speed It's Also For More Security Like Protecting You From Malware And Phishing Attacks And More Strategies On Google's Servers, This Feature is Available On Google Chrome For Android (APK) And Apple Phones & Pads (IPA), And It's Also Available For PC Operating Systems, But You Need To Download An Use a beta Extension Available On Chrome Web store For Chrome version 41 or higher.


But How To Enable Data Saver ?

Android 

Go To Chrome menu, Then Settings
Touch The Data Saver
Slide the switch ON. if You Have Any issues While Your Browsing Turn it Off

Apple

Touch the Chrome menu, then Settings.
Touch The Bandwidth, Then Data Saver.
Slide the switch ON.

PC

First Download The Beta Extension From Here, Then Add (install) it To Your Chrome Browser.
A Blue icon Will Appear Like This Data Saver icon On The Right Of Address Bar. Click On it To Turn On Saver Or Disable it.

Note
Grey Color > It Means Disabled
Blue Color  > It Means Enabled

If You Have Any issues With Your Browser Just Turn it Off.
